Ozzy Osbourne issues apology to Britney Spears

Ozzy Osbourne has issued an apology to Britney Spears after previously complaining about her decision to dance on social media.

On July 16th, on the Osbourne family’s podcast, the rock singer spoke about Spears, stating he was “fed up with seeing poor old Britney Spears on YouTube. Every fucking day.” He called her dancing videos “very, very sad,” with the rest of the family seeming to agree with him as Sharon Osbourne called her “a poor little thing.”

The comment quickly got back to Spears, who responded, “I hardly ever dance”, adding, “I’m not poor at all!!!”

“I know what it’s like to be judged,” Spears wrote in a statement, adding, “But I think it’s important to help each other and invite each other to places that help our souls grow!!!”

In reference to actor Kate Beckinsale’s standing up to her own online critics, Spears continued, “What are you gonna do to help someone out and bring their dreams to life besides being like me and Kate’s haters saying we’re too old or don’t have appropriate content ??? Do you think perhaps they might be offended by what they see ???”

In conclusion, the pop star asked the Osbourne family to “kindly fuck off.” The message came back loud and clear to the Osbourne family who apologised to Spears in a new episode released on July 29th. Ozzy Osbourne said, “I’m so sorry for making that comment,” but quickly fell back into the critique as he continued, “However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same fucking dance every day. Change a few movements.”

Coming to her father’s rescue, Kelly Osbourne said, “I was gonna say Britney never stop dancing, I love your dancing. It makes you so happy, and I’m sorry if we offended you.” She argued back to her father’s comments that Spear’s dancing is always the same by commenting, “Sometimes she has knives.”

However, despite the apology being incredibly fleeting and weak willed as Osbourne dished out the same critique almost immediately after, the rocker does seem keen to make amends. At the end of the latest episode, the Black Sabbath leader reiterated his message of response as he said, “I really do apologise. I love you and I think you’re beautiful.”
